Position: Valuation Executive- 2 pax
Job Description:
- To provide advice and indicative values on all types of properties to Banks and Clients.
- Able to conduct site inspection, do Title Searches and prepare Valuation Reports for all types of properties.
- Able to market and develop new businesses with Banks and Corporate Entities.
- To build and promote strong and long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Requirement:
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Possess Diploma or Degree in Property Valuation or Estate Management will be an added advantage.
- Responsible and Committed to meeting datelines.
- Have good interpersonal skills, self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Job Description:
- To lead Property Management Office team (Operations, Maintenance, Customer Services & Account)
- To ensure that all statutory requirements of the Property are met and Building & Common Property Act (Act 663), Strata Title Act (Act 318) and Strata Management Act 2013 (Act 757) are observed and fully equipped.
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Manager specialised in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
